This is the home for my Byzantine Generals comics. The "Byzantine General" problem is a problem in computer science in how to deal with incorrect or incomplete information - while still operating reliably, and is a facet of distributed ledger technology.

Have you ever seen those videos where a well-meaning person releases an animal that they have nurtured, into an open field only to have a hawk swoop in and snatch it? I do feel bad for the critter, but the people that don't know how nature works are hilarious.
